Barcelona is home to Keysight’s Commercial Services Organization (CSO), Global Financial Services (GFS), the Northeast Spain Sales Office for test and measurement and the Worldwide Customer Database. We have an internal team working here of 30 different nationalities. The CSO is responsible for generating quotes for customer inquiries, order processing and order management as well as delivery, invoicing, order closing and export licensing. GFS is responsible for collection, financial analysis and reporting, accounts payable and European accounting. The worldwide customer master database was installed in Barcelona in 2001 and is managed by an international team based in Barcelona, Englewood and Penang.
Keysight Spain, S.L., is located in Barcelona, Madrid, Malaga and Bilbao, and we have around 350 employees. Madrid hosts the main sales office as well as the calibration laboratory and Malaga holds the expertise as a MBO R&D center. Barcelona our main office is in the center of Barcelona, in the World Trade Center office which is located right on the sea!
